I'm always more apt to place an order or tend to spend more when there's a discount or free shipping code.

i must agree. if two stores have the same product and price, then i would definitely order from the one with the discount whether it be free shipping or a percentage off.

Coupon codes also inspire me to order when I'm on the fence about something.

I received my first coconut Hut order and here is my review of their products.

*Island Smoothie Soft Shaving Cream in Beach Bum LOVE this fragrance, it was the right strength and the shaving cream is a great consistancy - left my legs very soft.

*Sea Spray Body & Hair Mist in Bobbie Brown Beach Type - This smells very close to the original BB scent and the mist is nice and light. A nice way to give yourself a "soft mist" of fragrance.

*Coco-Nutty Sampler Package in Beach & Surf, Beach Goddess and Coconut Kanantik (I chose the Poi fection Shea Coconut Creme instead of the body butter) - ok...here is where I had a slight problem with the order. While the Shea Coconut Creme is great and left me with smooth and soft skin - the scent payoff was not there. I felt like I had to stick my nose in the container to even smell a whiff of fragrance. This was the same with all three lotions, so I tried to stir them up and that did not help. When applied to the skin, you can smell it alittle stronger once your body temperature heats up the scent, but it does not last.

Lena - I would highly recommend that you add more scent to the lotions. As I stated earlier, the lotion is great but unfortuantely I would not order this again until I knew it would be scented stronger.

TraceyB, we are very disappointed with your experience...I believe you said it was your 1st experience with The Coconut Hut? We really do work very hard to provide top quality in ALL products. The only thing I'll mention is how light the particular scents (Beach & Surf, Beach Goddess, and Coconut Kanantik) are by themselves. Your opinion is very valueable and We thank you for your candid post. Honestly, this is the feedback I have looked for. We take the good and the bad and continue to improve and make our fans/clients as happy as possible.
I hope we have another opportunity to impress you TraceyB. When this portion of the chat board was designed I'm sure this is the "back & Forth" Cindy was looking for.

I'm loving my order too. Today I have Tahitian Black Coconut on. It's soft and has a bit of freshness in it too. The shave cream is excellent also.

I'm late in posting a review and I haven't had an opportunity to try anything yet but I wanted to add my thoughts so far about my order.

The order was processed very fast, a huge plus! (I received it a few weeks ago) Impeccable packaging & presentation... everything was wrapped up in an adorable palm tree cello type bag, with some cute seashells sprinkled inside - a very nice touch.
