I was interested in anyone's thoughts on Prescriptives custom Blend foundation. I really want to go back to using Virtual Skin but have been colorprinted in all families with y/o and b/r being the two that seem the closest, but are still just not there.
I don't mind the expense, but am not sure if this process works. Any thoughts? |

Px Custom Blend is merely MAC at twice the price since they are both Estee Lauder companies and products come from the same 'vat' in Long Island, NY. Bobbi Brown is also a MAC repackage job.
When I worked for Px and did the color printing, I noticed the pinkest colors blended the best. Until you went outside into the sunlight. My recommendations are L'Oreal color match and the original Clinique Balanced Makeup Base (another Estee Lauder line). You will have to add SPF to the Clinique product as it is a circa 1976 product. The L'Oreal product will give you a great match also. |

Thanks so much for your helpful replies. My biggest concern with the process is that it is done under weird lighting at the dept. store.
I have tried everything and nothing is really right, but mixing the y/o and b/r comes closest. thanks again. |
