Yep, I have Silver Fog. I bought it from a MUA member when she was selling her pigment collection last year. It's a permanent color in the Pro line. Smiler I totally agree about Smoke Signal being a sucky matte texture! Errr

Now that you've mentioned it, I know that Silver Fog is permanent in the Pro line. Bonk I once wanted to place an order for it along with those cute MAC sample jars, but then I got cheap when I had to realized I had to pay for shipping.
Rotflol
Have you ever placed a phone order for the Pro stuff.Smiler

My intense dislike of placing phone orders has kept me away from ever placing a Pro order. It's a good thing there's not a Pro store anywhere around either. arsespank Big Grin

Sounds like your dislike of placing phone orders is equal to my dislike of paying for shipping. Rotflol Rotflol

I noticed you guys were talking about MAC pigments. Would anyone be willing to send me a sample of the Cocomotion pigment? I would be willing to trade/buy it. I don't have any MAC counters near me....

MissV I bought mine at Nordstroms and it was $19.50 (mine is gold) They really do last a really long time. I bought mine about a month ago and you can barely tell anything is out of it. HTH Smiler

We don't have any Nordstrom's here....that's why I was asking if anyone on the boards was willing to trade/etc. I would hate to pay almost $20 for a color I didn't like.

O.K. Girls, you have me addicted to the pigments. Love The past few days I have been playing around with the gold pigment and I put just a tiny bit on my finger and blended it in above my cheekbone towards my temple. It makes the best highlighter, it brightens the whole face. Do you guys use it normally just as eyeshadow? Next time I am at Nordstoms I am definitely going to get a couple new colors.

Thanks for bumping this thread up, Gizmo. I totally forgot that I had promised MissV a sample of Cocomotion. While I'm at it, would you like me to send you one too?
Big Grin

I use the pigments as eye shadows only but you can use them as blush too and for your lips.
I think I've even read somewhere that some people use it to colour their nail polish.

I've used certain pigments for blush and lip color. It's a lot of fun to experiment! Yes I've been so busy lately I haven't had much time to play though. Frowner

I've taken a long hiatus from MAC, but I did take a peek at the recently launched Naughty Nauticals collection. Party Mate lipstick is really pretty & very much a shade that'd work well for me, but it was OOS at the store I went to. So I think I am going to pass on this for now.

It turns out that some preliminary info for the holiday collection, Red She Said, is already up. The packaging looks gorgeous! Love

My sister gets a 40% off discount on MAC products. Is there any lipsticks you guys can recommend? I also really love Clinique's cream eye shadow with the wand applicator. Does MAC have something similar? Thanks for any suggestions! Smiler

I like the lustre finish lipsticks. The only downside is they rub off fast while eating. But they have a glossy finish & feel absolutely amazing. I haven't come across lipsticks by any other brand that have the same finish. They do have glitter in them, but they aren't overly glittery like the frost lipsticks.

I think I just might end up getting some pigment jars instead. I am thinking about getting Chocolate Brown since it's the fall season. Would that look good by itself on my eyes or should I get something else to go with it? Also- is Cocomotion still available?

MissV, in my experience all the pigments look good by themselves, since you can control how bold or minimal the color is. I havent seen Chocolate Brown in person, but I looked at it online. The color is very pretty, perfect for fall. Also, they didnt have Cocomotion listed online anymore. Frowner So I am not sure if that pigment is still available.

I also noticed online if you click the color you are looking at, it lists a couple other pigments that will go good with it. They list pigment Naked, and Pigment Copper Sparkle to go with Chocolate Brown. HTH Big Grin
