I am a little curious as to what makeup products everyone is using this time of year.

1) What foundation if any are you currently using? And, how do you apply it?

2) Do you use a foundation primer? If yes, which one?

3) What makeup remover do you use?

5) Do you use a tinted moisturizer? If so, what brand?

Here are my answers:

1) What foundation if any are you currently using? And, how do you apply it?
Chanel Vitalumiere. I apply and blend it with the MAC 187 brush.

2) Do you use a foundation primer? If yes, which one?
Sometimes I do. I just got a new primer (MUFE HD primer). To be honest, I don't know if it even makes a difference.

3) What makeup remover do you use?
Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm. After removing all the makeup I use the Clarisonic brush.

4) What eye and or lip makeup remover do you use?
Lancome Bi-Facil. I have been using this for years and year.

5) Do you use a tinted moisturizer? If so, what brand?
No.

6) Do you use a lip liner? If so, what's your favourite brand?
No.

7) What's your current favourite lipstick?
It's still Guerlain KissKiss Chocolate Shine.

8) Current favourite eye shadows/ eye shadow combination?
MAC Dark Soul & Blue Brown pigments.

9) How many days in a week do you wear makeup?
4 out of 7 days, usually.

10) Are you a makeup addict?
Not really.

2) Do you use a foundation primer? If yes, which one? Sometimes. If so, it's either the Prime Time or Avon MagiX face perfector.

3) What makeup remover do you use? ANEW Cleanse Daily Resurfacing Cleanser or the Avon Cleansing cloths.

4) What eye and or lip makeup remover do you use? AVON eye makeup remover lotion

5) Do you use a tinted moisturizer? If so, what brand? No

6) Do you use a lip liner? If so, what's your favourite brand? Sometimes. I use Avon Glimmersticks.

7) What's your current favourite lipstick? Perfect Wear Extralasting lipstick in Nude Blush.

8) Current favourite eye shadows/ eye shadow combination? True Color White Pearl or Big Color Vanilla, MAC Coco, MAC Old Gold, or Big Color Celadon.

9) How many days in a week do you wear makeup? Some weeks I don't wear makeup at all, only mascara. But not more than 2-3 times.

10) Are you a makeup addict? Definitely NOT!

Fryl, I used to think primer was a waste of time. However, sometimes I wear the Avon MagiX by itself and I've had people ask me if I have foundation on. Also, if you don't have a lot of open pores on your face, you may not notice the difference as much as someone who does. JMO

1) What foundation if any are you currently using? And, how do you apply it? I use MAC SPF 15 Liquid Foundation. I try to use a sponge to apply it, but if I don't have time I use my fingers.

2) Do you use a foundation primer? If yes, which one? No.

3) What makeup remover do you use? Clinique Take the Day Off or Aveeno Cleansing Pads. However...I think I might save up to buy one of those Clarisonic brushes!!!

4) What eye and or lip makeup remover do you use? I don't wear a lot of eye makeup so I don't have a remover.

5) Do you use a tinted moisturizer? If so, what brand? No.

6) Do you use a lip liner? If so, what's your favourite brand? No.

7) What's your current favourite lipstick? MAC Lip glass in Love Nectar

8) Current favourite eye shadows/ eye shadow combination? Right now I use Clinique's cream eyeshadow in "Muffin" but I would like something new....

9) How many days in a week do you wear makeup? Usually only on work days so I guess 5 out of 7

10) Are you a makeup addict? Depends on who you ask

I actually love the Smashbox one, and I'll be getting it next. It makes it easier to apply your foundation too.
I guess I was hoping the MUFE HD primer would be in the same realm of greatness as the HD foundation, but it doesn't do anything for me (I have large pores). Or maybe I didn't use it correctly.

By the way, that's the best compliment you can ever get, when someone thinks you're wearing foundation when you're not.

1) What foundation if any are you currently using? And, how do you apply it? Clinique Super Fit, I normally use my fingers . I have tried the foundation brushes and they just dont work for me, it always looks streaky. My favorite formula is cream foundation, for me that gives the best coverage.

2) Do you use a foundation primer? If yes, which one? No, I have tried them though. Unfortunately, they tend to break me out.

3) What makeup remover do you use? Noxzema cleansing cloths

4) What eye and or lip makeup remover do you use? I use the same for my whole face, to remove all makeup. The Noxzema cleansing cloths.

5) Do you use a tinted moisturizer? If so, what brand? No

6) Do you use a lip liner? If so, what's your favourite brand? No

7) What's your current favourite lipstick? MAC Gleam, my all time favorite is VS Lovestruck, they discontinued it a couple years ago .

8) Current favourite eye shadows/ eye shadow combination? Bare Escentuals Glimmer in Celestine with MAC Kitschmas under the eyebrows as a highlighter.

9) How many days in a week do you wear makeup? Normally everyday, on my days off though its minimal. Normally, just lip gloss and mascara.

10) Are you a makeup addict? Umm depends on who you ask .

Thanks for starting this discussion. It really is interesting to see what types of products others swear by. It also made me think about my staple makeup items. There's more of them than I thought.
