Congrats, Kimmer. I can't have enough bronze (or copper) colours so I'd get it. But I can totally see why you wouldn't want to bother with the bronze if you already have the gold glow.

PPS: I decided to get Stila's Eye Shadow Trio in Bronze Glow as well . What the hey...ya live once right ?!? If I find out that the two are too similar for me and I don't really need another one, it'd make a nice gift for a friend .

Today I bought the Stila Bronze Glow trio. It's pretty but i'm not liking the packaging. It's kind of hard getting the cardboard lid off

Uh Ohhhh...I got this one too but haven't received it yet . What's wrong with the packaging if you don't mind my asking? Also, are you liking the glow itself?

Yeah, the shadows are great, but I'm not wild about the packaging for that particular collection. A lot of stila's other LE items have better packaging.

As for the packaging...the best way I can describe it is, it's like those annoying tin lip balms, where the lid is really hard to remove. I have to dig my nails under it but b/c the packaging is cardboard, i'm scared i'll dent the cardboard or even rip it. Does that make sense Hope that helped (a little).

I agree, the packaging for the the bronze glow is really disappointing. The other LE spring item was packaged beautifully in those satin type boxes but I didn't like the colors as much

If I worked with Stila, I would have made a bronze/gold spring trio in a gold satin box

I did get one of the trios in the satin boxes (the green one), but I haven't even tried it yet. Maybe I'll "break it in" this weekend.

Jade - I totally didn't realize you posted a response...doh ! Thanks for the heads up on the packaging, what you're saying definitely makes sense . My brother sent me my stuff once he received it (he's in the U.S) so I will be giving it a hands on try-out once I have it in hand . Reviews once you try yours out of course is always welcome !

I used the Bronze Glow yesterday and I absolutely love it! It's very natural looking when I use only the light and medium shade, it does kind of give you that summer glow look. Tonight I went out for dinner and used the darkest shade in the crease/outer V and it looked great! This trio is very versatile. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do when you get it

I'm getting that sometime this month.

Thanks for the detailed review...it's sounding like an awesome set to have though I am definitely curious to see how it will look on me what with my complexion being very very pale . I guess I equate that "summer glow" with indivduals who are more tan than me...and I have absolutely no tan to speak of (which of course I am not happy about but I cannot seem to catch any color) .

But, thanks again for the review . I am super eager to try this out . I still didn't try that brush out believe it or not...I am falling behind schedule .

LOL! It's ok Kimmer, I don't mind that you're slow (at responding that is ). Don't worry about the brush. There's no rush at all since i have no money to buy it at the moment
