The new Smashbox stuff looks so cute. I especially like this lipgloss set:

http://www.smashbox.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/products.d...c-94d1-7566b5c71728/

The only thing I'm not wild about is that the glosses have brush applicators. I prefer sponge-tip applicators.

What a classy lip gloss set! Love
The price is great too, only $8.75 per full-sized lip gloss and it comes with such a beatiful case. Yes

Just a heads-up that there will be a special deal on a Smashbox kit tomorrow on QVC. You can order it now on http://www.qvc.com - just type in item number A16904. I've bought too much lately so I'm going to pass. But I do love Smashbox! Big Grin

I took a look @ the Sephora catalog I got in the mail today & saw something interesting.

O-Glow Blush

I don't really wear blush & I'm not so fun of the price tag, but it looks like something that might be worth trying.

It looks really neat, I was tempted to buy it too. The only thing that has kept me from it are the very poor reviews it gets on the MUA boards. Apparently it's the same color on everyone. Someone even did a test where they just put it on paper and stirred it a little, and it turned the same color. If it were a little less expensive I might consider it, but with mediocre reviews I'm not sure.

I received my Sephora catalog today too. Mail

Aw, that's too bad about reviews.Frowner
I am glad you posted about them because I would have probably ordered it without checking.
I don't even know why I'd order it, I have way too many blush already.
Bonk
The concept is very neat, though.

ok...here is my review on Smashbox O-Glow:

Save your money! - I swapped for one and I was not very impressed at all.

It is a strange consistency (kind of like a makeup primer) and you rub it into your cheeks. It turns your fingers pink and you need to put alot on to make a nice cheek color.

For me (since I have rosacea) it brought out all the red tones in my face...which is NOT what I was looking for Rotflol

Pass on this one ladies....

Fryl...It really is a great concept and a pretty color when applied, but it just doesn't work for me.

That is why I love swapping so much! I got to try it for "free" and I hated it...but no loss of money Big Grin

Up it goes on my swaplist and hopefully someone will want it and love it more than me..

A couple of months ago, Allure magazine had a giveaway for O-Gloss. It turns out that I ended up winning some & it showed up in the mail today. I tried it out & it makes my lips a nice pretty pink shade. Yes

Congrats Megan on winning the lip gloss!! Clap Thanks for the review of it.

About a year or so ago, Allure had a promotion for a month that the first 50 people at noon who clicked on the prize of the day won that item. I ended up winning 4 different items, I was excited, ufortunately I never received 1 item rofl Oh well it wasnt a big deal, its just good to hear that somebody received something from them.
