I noticed that VS now has a lot of bowler bags for their Garden giftsets. Those look to be similar in style to Juicy Couture purses, except a lot cheaper.

As for the Birkin bags, they've been around for some time now. I wouldn't want any of them b/c I don't like purses made of leather & there are some made of crocodile skin. But if you want to know what the big deal about the Birkin bag is, there's an episode of "Sex And The City" that discusses that particular topic.

I remember seeing that episode of Sex and the City when Samantha wanted a Birkin. I liked that show, but in the last year that it was on, it was getting kind of boring.

They are made from real album covers of your favorite albums. You can get request any choice if what you would like isn't listed. It is really nice, but it's too pricey for me since they are not something I personally would like.

I've gotten into Vera Bradley bags somewhat recently. I used to be a hater of said purses, so me liking them is a somewhat recent development. The reason in the past why I hated them is that they had a lot of designs w/ paisley or elephants. That's not the case so much anymore & I've found that there are actually some cute patterns.

Meanwhile, I've had a hard time finding any interesting purses from Kate Spade (the brand I've been buying from exclusively since 2004). It seems a lot of their designs lately are leather, which is a look I dislike on purses. Additionally, the outlet doesn't seem to have any of the classic nylon styles anymore. So when I was looking for a new purse earlier this spring & couldn't find any cute KS stuff, I decided to try out VB. I've found out their purses are quite inexpensive & lightweight.

The purse style I get is the Little Betsy. I have it in the following patterns:
Bali Gold (got this today, will be using during summer only)
Cupcakes Pink (got this today, will be using for spring & summer)
Purple Punch (first one I got back in Feb., will be using this year-round)

The VB purses are kind of a trend where I live, so I see them around all the time. If anyone's curious the most popular patterns seem to be Daisy Daisy & Java Blue. I'll be passing on those styles though.
